Your home will look lived in.  Plant care, pool maintenance, and rotation of lights, and general check of all inside and outside of your home for any broken pipes, unusual activity

Subsequent visits in the same day

$15.00 / visit

Overnights (5 pm-6 am) minimum PLUS 1 midday visit
